Write Workflow

This page demonstrates the declarative form → data-layer write pipeline in ln-ashlar: a standard <form data-ln-form data-ln-data-coordinator-scope> serves as the single universal write-entry point. No application JavaScript constructs manual mutation events — a valid submit is left native, and ln-data-coordinator intercepts it at the document level, serializing input values, determining the effective HTTP method (POST → create, PUT/PATCH → update), and routing the mutation through the store → connector pipeline.

Here the form carries a named scope (data-ln-data-coordinator-scope="wwf-documents") matched against the coordinator by name. The scoped form still carries real HTML action and method attributes along with data-ln-form-action-edit, providing seamless progressive enhancement and native HTML fallback if JavaScript is disabled.
